INGREDIENTS: Dry coconut, Red chillies, Salt, Tamarind paste, Jeera, Pepper corns (miriyalu), Garlic cloves, MUstard seeds (avalu), Curry leaves


PREPARATION:
  • Take an mixy jar
  • Add dry 1/4th cup of dry coconut, salt, tamarind paste,5-6 red chillies, jeera, 3-4 pepper corns, 4-5 garlic cloves
  • Grind them finely into powder
  • Place frying pan on flame, heat 2-3 spoons of oil
  • Add avalu, curry leaves and wait till they splitter
  • Now add the grinded mix and fry for an while
  • Mix it for 3-4 times and dish out
  • Store it in an box and place in your kitchen
  • Doesnot spoil for an month and above
  • Tastes good with rice and ghee
  • Also can be used into fries like alu, beetroot, cabbage .. as an seasoning
  • Tastes out once.. u will never leave
